Silver is very tired and always in a depressing mood, he feels exhausted because he's burnt out. Taking a break doesn't help because not only does it make him anxious but he also has nightmares every time he sleeps so instead he drinks coffee to keep himself awake, he knows it's not a good solution but it's not like he can do much about it...
